CC Naugy's 2025 Coat Drive was an overwhelming success! We collected over 100-coats and jackets in addition to an overabundance of gloves, hats, scarves and socks. New additions to the coat drive this year were 100-cookie bags that included messages of encouragement and we went through 4-boxes of hot chocolate in under 2-hours! We had a total of 38 Chaperones and Teens that attend the all night Evangelistic Event called Reverb that is made possible by Word of Life Bible Institute! We have done this for years, and this year was another phenomenal time! We had a fantastic time attending a minor league hockey game in Springfiled, having dinner together at midnight, traveling to two other venues in the East Windsor area where sports, games, and arcades were being played until 6 am! This year we joined with the The Naugatuck Ecumenical Food Bank for their 2025 Thanksgiving drive. Along with other community partners, we collected essentials like muffin mixes, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, stuffing, and canned goods throughout the month of November for families in need to help provide Thanksgiving Baskets.
