Saying Good Bye To Chiang Rai

This entire trip has been amazing!

These are the final days of leaving Chiang Rai. We had dinner at Pastor Paisan's house with both of our teams sharing their experiences of the past week. Both teams felt that they were touched by God and blessed by God for the experiences of both cultures. it was sad to leave and the entire team met at the airport to see us off as we boarded a plane back to Bangkok.

We flew back to Bangkok and we were greeted by Pastor Paisan's son and his wife. The next day was Sunday so we went for a Service at Blessing Streams church. We met an American couple who ministers here in Thailand. They are raising their 4 children here and they attend a Christian school here that has 1200 students. We were blessed to worship in the Thai language which was beautiful and powerful. During the Service we separated into small groups and read Matthew 9:35 and Matthew 10:1 to encourage us to disciple more people and to not be discouraged when rejected. We used an App called Watia, which seems like a good tool for small groups. Afterwards we enjoyed a home cooked meal for lunch. The whole day was a blessing -- Praise God!

Leaving here soon and I will honestly cherish this trip for the rest of my life. I was nervous and to be honest a little scared to take this trip, but I am glad that I put my faith in God and overcame those fears. This has been life changing and we can't wait to get back and share our experience with everyone.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for our trip!

--Love your Thai Team
