This 1 year program exists to equip those who want to intentionally dig deeper into Spirit Filled, Biblically Anchored, Christ Exalting Leadership. This training will consist of classes, Bible studies, group projects and more. This training will take a serious investment of time, energy, prayer, and effort. Below is our current 1 year Curriculum. This training is open to all current members of CC Naugy.

- Intro and Discussion of Leadership and Spiritual Leadership
- Read Spiritual Leadership by J. Oswald Sanders
October - December (2023)
- Take and complete all work for the class Biblical Hermeneutics
January - March (2024)
